This is a beginner course in graphic facilitation. No particular drawing skills are required. You will use simple drawing techniques and materials will be provided. Together, participants and presenters will create a safe learning environment where you are free to experiment and explore new ways of communicating.

Upcoming Principles of Graphic Facilitation Workshop in San Francisco

Principles of Graphic Facilitation combines the theory and practice of graphic facilitation with the fundamentals of graphic recording. It is informed by David Sibbet’s definitive book Graphic Facilitation: Transforming Groups with the Power of Visual Listening. Participants learn to draw, create large-format displays, record, and practice facilitating and receiving feedback. They also design a meeting process and learn about methods of documenting visual meetings. This workshop is a full immersion in the best practices for applying visual language to group processes.

• Practice public listening, lettering, and core drawing skills of graphic recording
• Gain hands-on practice recording with blank paper, using the seven archetypal visual formats (Group Graphics® Keyboard) to focus a group's conversation
